Fantastic Friends
As I descend upon Hartford I am feeling excitement and nostalgia...I haven't
been here in 30 years...when we were still considered girls at the tender age
of 18 and college freshman on Christmas break....
I met Foye, Joya, and Charisse my freshman year at Clark Atlanta University. Tonight we celebrate not only our friendship of 30 🎉years, but a great life accomplishment of our dear friend, our girl, our Classmate, our colleague, Dr. Foye A. Smith ...being sworn in as the first African American Probate Judge in this part of New England.✔
Yeah MY friend, I am damn proud, and honored to be able to call you that. ⭐
Our friendships have stood the test of time..all in all several boyfriends, at least a dozen broken hearts,5 husbands, ten children, who knows how many tifts a million silent treatments...lol.....and a WHOLE lot of LOVE.
I wouldn't trade these chicks for ALL theTea in China.❤ Miles, movements nor money can separate us for too long. Uh oh we just landed, I called...and the Martinis are flowing....Lord please don't let us be late for the swearing in tomorrow 👀
